Terms of Service
Last updated: August 3, 2026
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Jobulance. By creating an account, browsing, subscribing, applying to opportunities, participating in surveys or CPA offers, using CV features, or using partnership tools, you agree to these terms.
1. About Jobulance
Jobulance is an online platform that helps users discover remote jobs, surveys, CPA offers, CV/profile visibility tools, partnership/referral tools, and related online earning opportunities. Jobulance may include both free and paid features.
2. Account registration
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information.
- Use your real email address and verify it when required.
- Keep your password and account access secure.
- Not create fake, duplicate, abusive, automated, or misleading accounts.
- Not use another person’s account or allow unauthorized access to your account.
3. Country, pricing, rewards, and payout setup
Your country may affect pricing, opportunities, payout currency, rewards, withdrawal eligibility, referral calculations, and account protection. You must choose your country carefully. After setup, your country may be locked. If you relocate, Jobulance may require support/admin review and identity verification before changing your country.
4. Free and Pro access
Jobulance may offer free access and Pro membership. Pro features may include broader job access, job alerts, premium opportunities, partnership tools, or other paid features. Features, pricing, plan durations, and access rules may change as the platform develops.
5. Jobs and third-party opportunities
Jobulance may show jobs from external providers, public sources, employers, APIs, or manual admin entries. Jobulance does not guarantee that any job is available, that an employer will respond, or that a user will be hired. Users must review each opportunity carefully before applying or sharing personal information with third parties.
6. Surveys and CPA offers
Surveys and CPA offers may be provided by Jobulance, advertisers, networks, or third-party providers. Rewards may depend on eligibility, provider confirmation, quality checks, completion rules, fraud checks, and admin review. Jobulance may reject, reverse, delay, or adjust rewards connected to invalid, duplicate, incomplete, suspicious, or non-compliant participation.
7. Partnership and referrals
Partnership/referral rewards may be available to eligible users. Commission rules, payout thresholds, activation requirements, Pro requirements, recurring rewards, promotional materials, and eligibility may change over time. Users must not spam, mislead, impersonate Jobulance, make false income claims, or use prohibited advertising methods.
8. Payments, renewals, and refunds
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. A successful payment usually grants access to the selected plan or feature. Unless clearly stated otherwise, digital memberships, activation fees, boosts, and platform access payments may be non-refundable after activation or use. Jobulance may review refund requests case by case where payment errors, duplicate charges, or technical problems occur.
9. Withdrawals
Withdrawals may require minimum thresholds, account review, payout method details, active eligibility, and fraud checks. Partnership withdrawals may require active Pro status where applicable. Offer balance withdrawals may follow separate eligibility rules. Jobulance may delay, reject, or investigate withdrawals connected to suspicious activity, policy violations, provider reversals, duplicate activity, or inaccurate payout information.
10. CV/profile features
If you create or publish a CV/profile, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Public CV/profile features may display selected information to publishers, employers, or website visitors depending on your settings and platform features.
11. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Use bots, scripts, automation, fake traffic, fake accounts, or misleading identities.
- Abuse referral links, reward systems, surveys, CPA offers, payments, or withdrawals.
- Upload malware, harmful files, illegal content, or misleading information.
- Attempt to hack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt Jobulance.
- Use Jobulance for fraud, spam, impersonation, or unlawful activity.
12. Account restriction or termination
Jobulance may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, fail verification, create risk, or engage in suspicious activity. We may also withhold, reverse, or cancel rewards connected to violations or provider reversals.
13. No income guarantee
Jobulance does not guarantee employment, income, survey acceptance, CPA approval, referral earnings, withdrawal success, or specific results. Online earning depends on user effort, eligibility, third-party rules, provider approvals, location, market demand, and other factors.
14. Limitation of liability
Jobulance is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, Jobulance is not liable for indirect losses, lost income, missed opportunities, third-party provider actions, employer decisions, account misuse, network issues, downtime, or external payment/provider problems.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as Jobulance grows. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the updated terms.
