We are rapidly scaling and looking for talented individuals who thrive in building clarity and structure within fast-growing environments.Join us as a Work Student working on Global Procurement Projects and help to provide the clean energy of the future!What You’ll DoCreate and maintain supplier master data in the ERP system, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely updatesSupport the administration of the procurement ticketing system, including monitoring incoming requests, responding to stakeholders, and ensuring timely follow-upCreate purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with internal procurement processes and approval workflowsReview procurement-related requests for completeness and escalate missing or unclear information where neededCoordinate with internal departments to gather required purchasing information and support smooth order processingHelp maintain organized procurement contracts and documentationContribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes, data quality, and response times Who You AreYou are currently enrolled as a student (e.g., finance, procurement, supply chain, or similar) and available to work part‑time during the semester from our Darmstadt or Berlin office.
