What will the role involve?Design and deliver end-to-end product experiences — from low-fi sketches to high-fidelity prototypesValidate design decisions through both qualitative and quantitative research methodsCollaborate with PMs, engineers, and wider teams to solve complex problems using first principles thinkingCraft simple, accessible, and visually polished experiences that put the user firstChampion and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency and scalabilityWork closely with engineers to bring designs to life — balancing polish with pragmatismFacilitate workshops and design thinking sessions to unlock ideas and align teamsThrive in a fast-moving, highly collaborative product environmentWhat are we looking for?Experience owning and driving product design solutionsStrong understanding of best practices for turning complex flows into intuitive experiencesSensitivity to user needs — backed by enthusiasm for testing and dataExcellent communication and collaboration skills across product and engineeringData-informed mindset — confident using analytics, A/B testing, and insights to guide decisionsExperience contributing to and maintaining a design systemSkilled at facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders in the design processCurious, creative, and eager to grow in a high-performing design team🚫 You may not like it here if:You enjoy working in an office setting; we are remote-first and always will be!You are not comfortable with shifting context and navigating ambiguity✅ A typical interview processAn initial intro call with a Talent PartnerAn interview with the Hiring ManagerChallenge Stage - Contextualised to the roleA final, values-alignment interviewWhat's the culture like at Primer?We're building a culture where people can do their best work and be proud of the impact they have.
