We are seeking experienced HR leaders based in the EU or UK to boost the accuracy, depth, and practical value of AI-powered HR and people management solutions.What You Will DoReview and refine AI-generated outputs on topics like HR strategy, talent management, organizational design, culture, employee relations, and business changeEvaluate AI responses for commercial realism, compliance, and HR best practicesDraft realistic HR scenarios and case studies reflecting your hands-on experience in real organizationsCreate scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. HRBP, people lead, executive, board member)Identify gaps, oversimplifications, or flawed assumptions in AI-generated HR contentIn simple terms:You will review and improve AI-generated HR content, ensuring it mirrors authentic expertise, practical reasoning, and HR best practices.
