Our products represent the frontier of what intelligent, dexterous automation can do — and we are only getting started.Overview:We are seeking a Product Manager to own the full product lifecycles — from concept and roadmap to field deployment across 50+ production sites. This is a high ownership, cross functional role at the intersection of AI, robotics hardware, and industrial operations. You will be the connective tissue between our AI/R&D team, software & hardware engineering, solutions architects, and customers — translating real-world operational complexity into a product that runs autonomously at scale with minimal human supervision.Your Responsibilities:Product Strategy & RoadmapOwn the product roadmap across hardware, software, AI, and field reliabilitySet and defend priorities — monthly to annual — against commercial goals and technical constraintsAI & Technical OwnershipShape training data strategy, model evaluation criteria, and deployment thresholds with the R&D teamClose the loop between field failure data and Cortex trainingCustomer & Field CollaborationSpend time at production sites; turn operator observations and edge cases into structured requirementsOwn capability specs, performance SLAs, and integration requirements for customer-facing deliveryCross-functional ExecutionRun a customer-driven backlog; prioritize by impact, frequency, & strategic fitSequence work with engineering leads; unblock dependencies and maintain momentumTrack KPIs: uptime, pick success rate, intervention rate, time-to-valueBe the product voice in pre-sales technical conversations, build product collateral for the commercial teamEducation & ExperienceDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field5+ years in product management; 2+ years on robotics systemsTrack record of shipping complex technical products in productionTechnical SkillsFamiliarity with robot software stacks (ROS2, Zenoh, motion planning, control, perception pipelines)Can engage credibly with AI/ML teams on model evaluation and deployment criteriaUnderstands hardware-software co-design tradeoffs and their downstream software impactProduct SkillsTurns messy field signal and engineering constraints into clear, prioritized requirementsPrepare PRDs and technical briefs that engineering teams actually useBasic awareness of EU Machinery Regulation, ISO 10218/15066, and AI Act obligationsOwn the product narrative in pre-sales — and build the collateral that helps the commercial team winSoft SkillsHigh agency; defines the path rather than waiting for onePushes back on commercial, supports engineering, challenges customers, and aligns leadership — often in the same weekSurfaces risks and constraints early with solutions and path forwardNice to HaveWarehouse automation, AMR, or logistics tech backgroundStartup experience where scope was undefinedWMS integration or fleet management exposureWhat We Offer:Wellpass (gym membership)Free meals at the workplaceFlexible working hours and the option to work from home when neededA defining role shaping one of the most technically ambitious robotics productsCompetitive compensation and excellent career development opportunitiesFind Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
