As Founders Associate - AI & Product, you take charge of a complete revenue-generating product: the numbers, the roadmap, the execution. You are a technical generalist working directly alongside our founders, with AI woven through everything you do. On a typical day, your tasks may include:Owning a revenue-generating product end to end, commercially and operationally, from day oneBuilding tools, automations and real products with AI, going from idea to production at lightspeed, with AI tools as your daily coworkersLiving in the data: running your own analysis, forming your own views, and deciding off the evidenceMoving across product, growth and operations, wherever the leverage is that weekGoing deep and hard on any topic that moves the number, with the freedom to expand your scope as fast as you performMaking bold calls that shape your product's trajectory and our companyWho you areWe're looking for a business mind who builds, or a builder with sharp commercial instincts. You've already proven you're exceptional somewhere, and now you want real ownership.Typically, your profile will look like this:AI-native for real: you build with AI tools every day and can point to at least one tool, automation or product you created yourselfYou combine business and tech: a business background with a visible technical side (a serious bootcamp, a data science or CS conversion master's, shipped projects), or a technical degree (CS, math, engineering) paired with a commercial track record (product roles, consulting, an early startup stint)Strong business sense: you think in revenue, unit economics and what actually moves the numberAn exceptional track record: a top university, a top-tier firm or fund, or an early core role at a top-VC-backed startup where you progressed fastEvidence of drive and curiosity: hackathons, tech and startup university societies, side projects, etcYou thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environmentA big plus: founder DNA (you've started something before, even small, even failed), and you're internet-native.
