As a Working Student in Logistics, you keep that promise. You are the operational backbone of our internal shipping area: handling incoming and outgoing goods, managing documentation, coordinating carriers, and serving as the link between physical goods movement and the Sales and Customer Management teams who need accurate, real-time information to do their jobs.This is an on-site role in Ludwigsburg. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Operations team — expect to spend real time on the warehouse floor, not behind a screen.Your ImpactIncoming goods: Receive and verify deliveries against purchase orders, create item receipts in NetSuite, and flag discrepancies without delayOutgoing goods: Pick, pack, and dispatch finished goods and spare parts accurately and on time, in line with customer orders and internal shipping requestsCarrier management: Select the right carrier and service level for each shipment, book collections, and keep carrier accounts and documentation up to dateOrder fulfilment: Coordinate daily with our external warehouse partner to ensure all market demands are serviced without gapsReturns processing: Unpack, inspect, and document customer returns; hand over items to quality or repair workflows with full traceabilityShipping documentation: Produce commercial invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes accurately and in a timely mannerTracking and visibility: Keep Sales and Customer Management proactively informed on shipment status, resolve carrier exceptions early, and escalate delays before they reach the customerWarehouse housekeeping: Maintain clean, labelled, and accurately stocked storage locations in line with our ERP recordsCurrently enrolled in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related degree programReliable and committed to showing up — this is a fixed on-site role that requires consistent coordination around your university timetablePrecise and structured in everything you do: in logistics, a documentation error is not a minor mistake — it has consequences, and you know thatA proactive communicator who raises issues and shares updates without needing to be promptedConfident using digital tools: ERP systems, carrier portals, and spreadsheets are part of your daily workflowFluent in German and English — both are essential for working with carriers, partners, and customersYour BenefitsReal responsibility from day one — not busywork, but genuine ownership of live shipping operationsEnd-to-end exposure: from goods receipt and carrier selection through order fulfilment to returns and customer visibilityA lean, hands-on team that gives direct feedback and expects you to speak up when something isn't rightAn inside view of what it takes to scale a hardware company — across operations, supply chain, and beyondFlexible working hours coordinated around your university scheduleGenerous holiday entitlement plus additional special leave days, on a pro-rata basisThis is InstagridPure instant power.
